I am a certified Graduate
Gemologist, appraiser, buyer and seller of fine
gems, photojournalist, speaker, and gemstone
consultant. The primary focus of my business is the
purchasing of estate jewelry and fine loose gem
stones.
Having deep family roots throughout New England, I
am privileged to see many old cut stones locally and
nationally. This has built a client base here at

I received my Graduate Gemologist diploma in residence from the Gemological Institute of America, Santa Monica Campus, in 1987.
Upon completion of my course of study, I remained and studied the art of photographing the interior structures of gemstones under the guidance of John Koivula, an internationally recognized and respected Gemologist and photo specialist.
I also have field experience purchasing rough diamonds in Venezuela; and fine blue and fancy colored sapphires in Sri Lanka.
